Terms of Use — Spiritual Gifts App

These terms are an agreement between you and Blue Bee Solutions LLC. By using the app, you agree to them.

What the app is. A free assessment to help you discover your spiritual gifts and ways to serve. Results are a tool for reflection and conversation with your church leaders. They are not a spiritual, psychological, or professional judgment.
AI suggestions. Some suggestions are written by artificial intelligence. They may be wrong or incomplete. Pray, use wisdom, and talk with your pastor.
Your info. If you enter a church code, your name, email, and assessment results are shared with that church's leaders (the pastor or admin accounts for that church in Kingdom Built) to help you find a place to serve. They are not shared with other churches. To remove your information, email contact@bluebeesolutions.net with the email you used in the app. See our Privacy Policy: https://app.kingdomstrategy.net/privacy.
Age. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's permission.
Use it well. Don't misuse the app, enter someone else's information without permission, or try to break or copy it.
Ownership. The app, its questions, and design belong to Blue Bee Solutions LLC. You may share your own results freely.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Blue Bee is not liable for indirect damages from using the app.
App stores. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app; these terms are between you and Blue Bee. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept them.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
