Privacy Policy — Kingdom Built and Spiritual Gifts

"Let all things be done decently and in order." (1 Corinthians 14:40). We take the trust churches and believers give us seriously. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and who helps us.

Who we are

• Blue Bee Solutions LLC ("Blue Bee", "we") builds and runs the Spiritual Gifts app and the Kingdom Built platform.
• Kingdom Strategy Consulting LLC ("KSC") offers Kingdom Built subscriptions to churches and handles billing.

Spiritual Gifts app

You can use it without an account. Your answers and results are saved on your device only.

If you share your info or join a church (connected mode), you give us:

• First name, last name (optional), and email address
• Your church code, which links your results to that church
• Your assessment answers and gift scores, and the date you took it

This is sent to our database so your church's leaders can see your results in Kingdom Built and help you find a place to serve.

What your church sees. When you enter a church code, your name, email, and assessment results are shared with that church's leaders: the pastor or admin accounts for that church in Kingdom Built. They use it to help you find a place to serve. Your information is not shared with other churches. To stop sharing, you can take the assessment without a church code. To remove your information from your church, email support@kingdomstrategy.net (or contact@bluebeesolutions.net) with the email you used in the app.

Personalized suggestions (AI): When you ask for suggestions, we send only your top gift names and scores (gift results) to Google (Gemini), which writes suggested ways to serve (including ideas a church may not currently offer). Your name, email, church code, and your church's ministry list are not sent to Google. Church-specific ministry openings you see in the app come from your church's own list in Kingdom Built, not from Google. On Google's free tier, Google may use inputs sent to Gemini to improve its products.

Sharing and printing: If you choose to print or share your results PDF, it goes where you send it. We don't see that.

We do not use advertising, sell your data, track you across apps, use your location, or use analytics or crash-tracking tools in the app.

Kingdom Built platform (for churches)

We collect:

• Pastor/admin account: email, password (stored securely by our login provider), pastor name, church name
• Church settings: logo, colors, ministry opportunities, and other details the church enters
• Member assessment results sent from the Spiritual Gifts app (see above)
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe for KSC. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Emails: we send account emails such as welcome messages. These are sent through Resend.

Each church only sees its own members' data. Blue Bee staff can access data only to support and secure the service.

Who helps us (service providers)

• Supabase — database, login, and server functions
• Google (Gemini) — AI ministry suggestions (gift results only; free-tier inputs may be used by Google to improve its products)
• Stripe — church subscription payments (for KSC)
• Resend — account emails
• Lovable — hosts the Kingdom Built website
• Apple / Google / Expo — app delivery and builds

We share data only with these providers to run the service, with your church (connected mode), or when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Results on your device stay until you delete them in the app's History screen. Data on our servers stays while the church's account is active, plus 90 days, or until you ask us to delete it. If a church cancels, its data is deleted within 90 days.

Your choices

• Delete results on your device anytime from History.
• Request deletion online: see https://app.kingdomstrategy.net/delete-data
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your data on our servers: email support@kingdomstrategy.net or contact@bluebeesolutions.net with the email you used. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also ask your church leader.
• Churches can remove members or close their account by contacting us.

Children

These services are not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data. If a child under 13 has given us info, contact us and we'll delete it. You must be at least 13 to use these services.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access rules that keep each church's data separate, and limited staff access. No system is perfect, but we work hard to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, let churches know.
