Terms of Service — Kingdom Built

Kingdom Built is offered to churches by Kingdom Strategy Consulting LLC ("KSC"). The software is built and run by Blue Bee Solutions LLC ("Blue Bee") and licensed to KSC. "You" means the church and the people using its account.

1. The service. Tools to help church leaders see members' spiritual gifts results, manage ministry opportunities, and plan service.
2. Accounts. You must give accurate info and keep your password safe. The person signing up must be authorized to act for the church. You're responsible for activity in your account.
3. Plans and billing. Subscriptions are billed by KSC through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up (currently Shepherd $29/month, Elder $59/month, and Network $149/month). Plans renew monthly until canceled. There are no refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in Kingdom Built or by emailing support@kingdomstrategy.net; service continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Your members' data. When a member enters your church code in the Spiritual Gifts app, their name, email, and assessment results are shared with your church's pastor or admin accounts so you can help them find a place to serve. Members are told this when they use the app. You'll only see members who entered your code, never another church's members. Your church owns its data. You agree to use member information only for ministry purposes, keep it confidential, and tell members how you use it. Blue Bee processes it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy: https://app.kingdomstrategy.net/privacy.
5. Acceptable use. Don't share logins outside your leadership team, access other churches' data, upload unlawful content, or try to break the system.
6. AI features. AI suggestions may be inaccurate. Leaders should use their own judgment.
7. Ownership. The software belongs to Blue Bee. Your content stays yours; you give us permission to host and process it to run the service.
8. Availability. We work to keep things running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Ending service. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After cancellation, data is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted, unless you ask for export first.
10. No warranty; limit of liability. Service is "as is." To the extent the law allows, total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
11. Law. Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
